An independent, non-governmental organization called the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) establishes standards to guarantee effectiveness, safety, and quality in all goods, services, and systems. ISO certifications\u2014including ISO 27001, 27701, 20000-1, 9001, 27017, 22301, 90003, 27018, and 14001\u2014are essential for building trust, streamlining operations, and boosting recognition across borders. The certification process can be conducted online or offline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attaining ISO accreditation is a show of dedication to continuous improvement, risk management, and customer satisfaction for IT organizations such as Schemaphic Systems. It ensures regulatory compliance, improves supplier relationships, lowers costs, and raises staff morale in addition to strengthening a competitive edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schemaphic Systems recently completed its ISO certification process successfully on June 24, 2024. Undergoing the offline ISO process from June 20, 2024, the company obtained two prestigious certificates: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality management system) and ISO\/IEC 27001:2022 (Information security management system) both accredited by IAF. Honourable Auditors meticulously reviewed our systems and processes, ensuring compliance and quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like to express our gratitude to the entire Schemaphic team for their significant support during this journey so far. At Schemaphic Systems, we feel that obtaining ISO certification is about more than just following rules; it’s about growing our company’s worldwide reach, gaining the trust of clients globally, encouraging team commitment and always pushing for excellence in all facets of our business operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We plan to obtain one more ISO certificate (ISO 20000-1:2018) for service management by the end of this year. Once obtained, we will proceed with the process of CMMI Level 3. Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a process-level improvement training and appraisal program. We hope to do our best and achieve our target.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
