In today’s technology and increasingly fast-paced world, people can no longer rest or spend more time with their families. Time passes very quickly like a river, so people have to go faster than the river or like a river. The focus of today’s companies is on less time-consuming work and multitasking employees. Because multitaskers can reduce costs and handle multiple domains in less time.
Performance appraisal is a regular and annual review of an employee’s job performance, participation in other activities, and contribution to the organization. 21st century companies conduct performance appraisal of their employees using various methods.
When we are in school, we study hard, participate in various activities, fight for the school and represent the school in various competitions. Teachers evaluate our performance throughout the year. Then, when we rely on our performance report card, we and our family are very happy, and the school gets its best school captain, student of the year, the best player etc. Our organization is just like our school where the employees perform at their best every day, employees update themselves, participate in various activities and represent their company to the world. The organization reviews the employee’s year-round performance, raises or promotions, or gives awards.
Employees should concentrate on their task, participate in various activities, practice time management, behave well towards the other employees, learn in different areas, multitask and do unique things for the organization. When employees give 100% to the organization, the organization also gives 100%.
